According to him, that downsizing must refer to workload analysis, for example, in public health center, the maximum numbre just enough 62 persons, in fact more, that even ones of the 62 persons only honorer employees, well this is necessary to downsizing, " said Jeje. 

30% downsizing the numbre of non ASN empliyees that lay off around 1200 employees gradually, however, so far just about 250 employees newly laid off.

Responded to accusations that, downsizing of employees was related to politic revenge after regent choice, it's all wrong, " argue Jeje.

Meanwhile, Pangandaran districs sekertary, Drs H Kusdiana SH MM, added that efficiensy or downsizing non ASN employees done through independent assessmemt team.

Even though, that even return selection supervisior employees non emloyees ASN done with passing grade sistem, there is an independent assesor that any Assessment done with passing grade.

Although passing grade still not finished filtered employees, then just done by assessment with disciplinary consideration, loyallity and competence, " said Kusdiana. 

With downsizing non ASN emloyees, expected that employee struture woul be more efficient, so that they own wages can be adjusted  to be more viable.
